Molasses Crinkles Recipe
Ingredients
| 3/4 cup soft shortening | ||
| Packed brown sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Molasses | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 1/4 cups Gold Medal Flour | ||
| Soda | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4, tsp. salt | ||
| Cloves | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ginger | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Granulated sugar | ||
Directions
Mix shortening, sugar, egg, and molasses thoroughly.
Measure flour by dipping method or by sifting.
Blend all dry ingredients; stir in.
Chill.
Heat oven to 375° (quick mod.).
Roll dough in 1 1/4 ball.
Dip tops in sugar.
Place balls, sugared side up, 3" ap
