Easy Molasses Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| Soft butter | 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Molasses | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Flour | 4 Cup (64 tbs) | |
| Baking soda | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cloves | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
| Ginger | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1 |
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350°. Mix butter, sugar, molasses, and eggs with mixer until smooth.
2. Stir in by hand: flour, baking soda, cloves, ginger, cinnamon, and salt. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for an hour before baking.
3. Form into walnut-sized balls and roll the tops in sugar; slightly flatten when putting them on cookie sheet. Place 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet.
4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
