Molake Hesaru Kalina Palya Recipe
Ingredients
Boiled Sprouted Moong Ki Hari Dal
Salt to Taste
For Seasoning:-
Oil-1tbsp
Mustard Seeds-1tsp
Curry Leaves-15
Dry Red chillies-4 broken
Onion-1 long thin slices
Coriander Leaves or Desicated or Grated Coconut for Garnishing-2tbsp
Directions
Put oil in a pan when it is hot add Mustard seeds ,allow to splutter.
Then add curry leaves,dry red chillies,onion and fry till brown.
Now add sprouted dal,salt and mix well for 5mins.
Taste it and Garnish with the coriander or grated coconut.
