Directions
MAKING
1 In a glass add the mint leaves.
2 Pour in the simple syrup along with some fresh lime juice.
3 Add in the pineapple and strawberries.
4 Pour the rum in and give a good muddle to all the ingredients using a muddler.
5 Add some ice to fill the glass.
6 Top with some club soda.
7 Give the cocktail a good stir.
