Mocka With Whipped Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Bittersweet chocolate | 4 Ounce | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 4 cups hot double-strength black coffee | ||
| Granulated Sugar | 1 Teaspoon, Whipped | |
| Cinnamon sticks | 4 | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In top of double boiler over hot and not boiling water, melt chocolate with water.
2) Remove it from heat and whisk until it slightly thickens.
3) Slowly add hot coffee, while mixing rapidly and constantly.
4) Add sugar for sweetening and add more if desired.
SERVING
5)Pour into heated mugs and garnish with dollop of whipped cream before serving.
