Mock Bouillabaisse Recipe

 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Olive oil2 Tablespoon
 Tomato soup1 Can (10oz), condensed
 1 soup can water
 Fish seafood2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parsley flakes1 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 Thyme leaves1/4 Teaspoon
 Bay leaf1/2 , crushed
 Dash Tabasco sauce
 French bread slice4 , toasted

Directions

Place onion, garlic and olive oil in a 2 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients except bread.
Cover and microwave 7 to 10 minutes or until piping hot.
Let stand 3 to 5 minutes.
Ladle over toast and serve.
