Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, add the 1 can of drained and rinsed garbanzo beans and use a potato masher to mash them up a bit. Don't break them up completely.
2. Add the diced red onion, celery stalk and capers.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of Vegenaise, 1/4 tablespoon Dijon Mustard and 1 tablespoon of pickle relish.
4. Add a pinch of salt, pepper and seaweed powder and half a lemon's juice and mix with hands.
5. Toast bread and spread the mock tuna salad.
6. Add some greens and tomatoes and close with the another slice of toast.

SERVING:
