Ingredients

 Ground beef1 1/2 Pound
 Onions3 , finely chopped
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped
 1 lb. shell or bow macaroni
 1 No. 2 can spinach
 Rosemary1 Teaspoon
 Oregano1 Teaspoon
 Sage1 Teaspoon
 Parsley1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Mushrooms1 Can (10oz), sliced
 Tomato sauce2 Can (10oz)
 Cheese1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Brown the beef, onions, garlic, salt and pepper in a skillet.
Cook the macaroni according to package directions.
Combine the spinach, herbs, parsley, mushrooms and tomato sauce in a saucepan and cook for 30 minutes.
Place alternate layers of beef mixture, macaroni and spinach mixture in a greased casserole and top with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
One package frozen chopped spinach may be substituted for canned spinach.
