Mock Pate Recipe
Ingredients
| Liverwurst | 1/2 pound, mashed | |
| Package cream cheese | 1 3 Ounce | |
| Black olives | 6 , sliced | |
| Chives | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/8 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Lettuce leaves | ||
| 8 slices rye or pumpernickel bread, buttered | ||
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well.
Divide among 4 bread slices.
Top each with a lettuce leaf and second slice of bread.
