Mock Oysters Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter stick | 2 | |
| 1/2 onion, chopped fine | ||
| 2 tablespoons green shallots, chopped | ||
| Broccoli package | 6 , chopped | |
| Cheese garlic package | 1 | |
| 1 package Kraft Sharp cheese | ||
| 1 inch of hot pepper cheese | ||
| Mushrooms | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Mushroom | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Saute onion and shallots in butter.
Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain.
Melt all cheese at low temperature.
Add mushrooms, cooked onions and fold in cooked broccoli.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer on low heat for at least 20 minutes.
Serve in chafing dish with Ritz crackers or potato chips.
Serves 20 to 24.
