Directions
1. Prepare white sauce.
2. Stir 1/4 cup of the white sauce into egg yolks, then blend into remaining sauce in casserole. Add butter and lemon juice; mix well. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 1 minute at HIGH, or until hot.
