Mock Fillets Of Sole Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 450 Gram (For 4) | |
| Rice | 115 Gram (For 4) | |
| Butter | 55 Gram (For 4) | |
| Bread | 55 Gram (For 4) | |
| Milk | 295 Milliliter (For 4) | |
| Onion | 10 Gram (For 4) | |
| Mace a pinch | ||
| Eggs | 2 (For 4) | |
| Lime | 1/2 (For 4) | |
| Salt | To Taste (For 4) | |
| Pepper | 1 (For 4) | |
Directions
1. Slice onion and fry in butter without letting it brown.
2. Add the milk and when it boils add rice and mace.
3. Boil and mash potatoes.
4. When rice is cooked, add mashed potatoes and fresh breadcrumbs.
5. Beat the eggs well and add half to mixture.
6. Add pepper and salt and set to cool.
7. Shape into small fillets. Coat with egg and breadcrumbs and deep fry.
8. Serve hot garnished with slices of lime.
