Ingredients

 Vegetable bouillon cubes6
 Water6 Cup (16 tbs)
 Nutritional yeast2 Tablespoon
 1/2 cup drained tofu, crumbled and at room temperature
 Chopped green scallion tops

Directions

Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water. Stir in nutritional yeast.
Pour into six cups. In each cup place a tablespoonful of crumbled tofu. Garnish with scallions. Serve at once.
