Mock Eclairs Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 container (17 1/2 ounces) vanilla-flavor frozen pudding,thawed | ||
| Ladyfingers package | 1 , separated | |
| Semi-sweet chocolate | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whipped cream from a pressurized can | ||
Directions
1. Spread pudding onto the bottom halves of the 12 ladyfingers. Top with remaining halves.
2. Melt chocolate pieces in a tiny pan over hot water. Frost tops of ladyfingers with melted chocolate.
3. Pipe whipped cream around the edges of each.
