Mock Creme Fraiche Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Neufchatel cheese
6 tablespoons low-fat yogurt
Directions
1. Mix cheese and yogurt in a blender or food processor until smooth and fluffy. Place in small jars; cover tightly.
