|Caster sugar||15 Milliliter (1 tablespoon)|
|Hot water||30 Milliliter (2 tablespoons)|
|Milk||30 Milliliter (2 tablespoons)|
|Vanilla essence||2 Drop|

1 In a bowl, put the butter and sugar and; together until light.
2 Gradually beat in half the water, then half the milk.
3 Beat continuously until the mixture is very light and fluffy.
4 Blend in the remaining water and milk.
5 Stir in the vanilla essence (extract) to taste.
6 The mock cream is ready to use at this stage o,r if you want it frozen then transfer the mixture to a rigid container.
7 Seal the container, label and freeze.
8 Use as desired.
9 If frozen, thaw in the container at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours.
