Ingredients

 Cooked rice2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tuna1 13 Ounce, drained, flaked
 1 4-ounce jar pimientos, diced (optional)
 4 green onions, finely sliced or 1 to 2 tablespoons instant minced onion, rehydrated
 Mayonnaise
 Onion and garlic powders
 Ground pepper1 To taste
 Lettuce leaves
 Parsley sprigs
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Combine rice, tuna, pimientos and green onions with mayonnaise to moisten in medium bowl.
Add seasonings to taste and mix well.
Serve on lettuce-lined salad plates and garnish with sprigs of parsley
