Mock Crab Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tuna | 1 13 Ounce, drained, flaked | |
| 1 4-ounce jar pimientos, diced (optional) | ||
| 4 green onions, finely sliced or 1 to 2 tablespoons instant minced onion, rehydrated | ||
| Mayonnaise | ||
| Onion and garlic powders | ||
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Lettuce leaves | ||
| Parsley sprigs | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Combine rice, tuna, pimientos and green onions with mayonnaise to moisten in medium bowl.
Add seasonings to taste and mix well.
Serve on lettuce-lined salad plates and garnish with sprigs of parsley
