Mock Beef Burgundy Recipe

 1 lb. turkey cutlets
 1/2 cup flour to coat
 1-3 tsp. fat-free chicken broth
 Garlic2 Teaspoon, minced
 Pearl onions20 Small
 Dried thyme1/2 Teaspoon
 Bay Leaf1
 Worcestershire sauce1 Tablespoon
 Beef broth1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cooking wine1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mushrooms1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 Egg Beater

Directions

Cut turkey cutlets in small pieces.
Dip in Egg Beater and then in flour.
Brown in chicken broth.
Add garlic and onions, and cook until lightly browned.
Add all other ingredients except mushrooms and cover, cooking 30 minutes.
Add mushrooms and cook an additional 1/2 hour.
This is good over steamed rice or pasta.
