1 (8 oz) can refrigerated biscuits
4 peeled, sliced baking apples
1/2 cup dark raisins (optl.)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optl.)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
Directions
Cut each biscuit in half.
Arrange evenly over bottom of 12x8-inch glass dish.
Sprinkle with apples, raisins and nuts.
In 2 cup glass measure, combine water, corn syrup, brown sugar and butter.
Microwave (high) 2 1/2-3 minutes stirring every minute until mixture boils.
Pour evenly over apples.
Microwave (high) covered, 8-9 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn halfway through cooking.
(Apples should be tender).
Rest, covered, 5 minutes.
