Mocha Marble Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
1 tbsp. instant coffee
1 cup boiling water
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 pt. whipping cream
6-oz. pkg. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. boiling water
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Dissolve instant coffee in 1 cup boiling water and cool.
Combine coffee mixture, condensed milk, 1 tsp. vanilla and salt in bowl.
Whip cream until stiff and fold in.
Pour into ice cube trays or mold and freeze until nearly firm all the way through, stirring well several times during freezing.
Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler over simmering water.
Add 2 tbsp. boiling water, milk and 1/2 tsp.
vanilla and continue heating, stirring, until blended.
Cool.
Stir chocolate mixture through coffee mixture, leaving it in streaks for marble effect.
