Mocha Ladyfinger Dessert Recipe

| Boiling water | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Heavy whipping cream | 1 Pint |

Directions
Put 3/4 of bag of marshmallows in top of double boiler.
Dissolve coffee in water and add to marshmallows.
Let mixture melt, then mix and cool thoroughly
Whip cream, but don't add sugar, and mix with cooled marshmallows and coffee.
Pour into prepared springform pan and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
Can be made a day ahead.
