Mocha Icebox Roll Recipe

I love this Mocha Icebox Roll recipe for it provides me such rave comments every single time I cook it. I prefer to make Mocha Icebox Roll as a Dessert for all my family get-togethers. In my view, if one calls oneself a good cook, one must have a personal recipe of Mocha Icebox Roll, just like I do.

Ingredients

 
1/2 pint cream for whipping
 
2 tablespoons cocoa (not a mix)
 
2 tablespoons sugar
 
1 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
 
1 package (8 1/2 ounces) thin chocolate cookies
 
1 square unsweetened chocolate, grated

Directions

Combine cream, cocoa, sugar and coffee in small bowl of electric mixer; whip until mixture mounds softly.
Put chocolate cookies together with half the cream mixture in stacks of 4 or 5 cookies.
Stand stacks on edge on serving plate to make one long roll.
Frost outside with remaining whipped cream.
Garnish roll with grated chocolate.
Refrigerate several hours.
To serve, cut roll diagonally into slices.
