Ingredients

 Hot milk- 1 cup
 Coffee1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cornstarch2 Tablespoon
 Salt1/8 Teaspoon
 Sugar1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Eggs2 Small
 Vanilla1 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1.In a pot, pour the hot milk over the coffee and let stand where it will keep hot for 10 minutes
2.In a strainer, strain it
3.In a double boiler, mix cornstarch, salt and sugar
4.Then add the egg yolks, well beaten, stir in the coffee infusion gradually
5.Cook slowly until thick and smooth, stirring constantly
6.Remove from fire and cool slightly
7.While warm, fold in vanilla and stiffly beaten egg whites
SERVING
8.Use in cupcakes or chocolate cakes
