Mocha Coffee Parfait Recipe
Ingredients
| Whipping cream | 1/2 Pint | |
| Chocolate ice cream | 2 Pint | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Instant coffee | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
Combine cream, sugar and coffee; stir until coffee dissolves.
Chill thoroughly.
Beat until mixture holds soft peaks.
Spoon alternate layers of ice cream and whipped cream into chilled parfait glasses.
Serve at once or store in freezer.
