Directions
1. In a medium-size cold, mixing bowl, combine the cream with coffee.
2. Whip the cream using whipping bladed of a stand mixer or use an electric hand mixer, beating until cream is slightly thickened.
3. Gradually add sugar and vanilla while continuously beating or medium speed, until the mixture is stiff and fluffy.
SERVING
4. Use the topping immediately or chill before using to frost cakes and pastries.
