Mocha Sauce Recipe
Ingredients

| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Confectioner’s sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Light corn syrup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Instant coffee | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Hot water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
1. Melt chocolate pieces with butter or margarine in top of a double boiler over simmering water.
2. Stir in sugar, corn syrup, instant coffee, salt, hot water and vanilla until sauce is smooth and slightly thickened. Cool. Serve at room temperature.
