Mocha Napoleon Recipe

Ingredients
3 piles phyllo dough napoleon rectangles (4 deep)
1/4 cup Mocha Tart Filling
1 tsp seedless, no-sugar-added raspberryjam
1/4 cup frozen lowfat nondairy whipped topping
1 tsp Mocha Glaze
Directions
Bake sheets of phyllo according to the general instructions at the beginning of this chapter.
Cut the pile of four sprayed sheets into 16 rectangles.
Bake in a preheated 375°F (190°C) oven for 8 minutes.
Arrange one phyllo rectangle on a dessert plate.
Spread the Mocha Tart Filling on top of the phyllo.
Put a second phyllo rectangle on a flat surface such as a tabletop.
Carefully spread the raspberryjam on this rectangle and then place this,jam-side-up, on the previous layer.
Spread the non-dairy whipped topping on top of the jam.
Top this layer with the last rectangle.
Smooth the Mocha Glaze on the top.
