Mocha Fruit Nut Drops Recipe

1 tsp instant coffee powder
 
3 tsp water
 
8 oz. sugar-free chocolate
 
Pkg. cake mix
 
1/4 cup coarsely chopped black walnuts
 
1/4 cup chopped dates

Directions

Use a vegetable spray to lightly grease the cookie sheets.
Dissolve the coffee powder in the water.
Combine the coffee water and chocolate cake mix in a small mixing bowl.
Beat to blend.
Fold in nuts and dates.
Drop from a teaspoon about 2 in.
(5 cm) apart onto the greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 9 to 10 minutes.
