Mocha Frosting Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup BASIC CAROB SYRUP
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons powdered instant coffee
1 cup sour cream
Directions
In a small saucepan, combine carob syrup and honey.
Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, for 6 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in coffee, and allow to cool.
Add sour cream and stir until well mixed.
