Mocha Frosting Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon, softened | |
| Confectioner’s sugar | 1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Instant coffee | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Cocoa | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 tablespoons hot milk | ||
| 1/2 teaspoon vanilla or rum extract or brandy flavoring | ||
| Frosts 1 (8 or 9-inch) layer cake | ||
Directions
In a mixing bowl combine butter, sugar, coffee, cocoa, 1 tablespoon of hot milk and the vanilla.
With portable electric mixer or wooden spoon beat mixture at medium speed until smooth and fluffy.
Gradually beat in a little more hot milk if mixture seems too thick to spread.
