Mocha Dessert Recipe

Ingredients

 
1/2 cup chocolate chips
 
2 cup hot coffee
 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
 
1 env. nondairy topping mix

Directions

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, dissolve the chocolate chips and gelatin in the hot coffee.
Cool.
Stir in nondairy whipped topping powder until it is completely blended.
Place mixing bowl in a larger bowl of ice.
Beat with a whip or electric mixer until mixture is slightly fluffy.
Divide into 8 sherbet or dessert glasses.
Chill until completely set.
