Mocha Crunch Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups (500 ml) cold milk
1 package (3 3/4 ounces or 106 g) instant vanilla pudding
2 tablespoons (30 ml) instant coffee granules
2 bars (1 1/8 ounces or 31.8 g each) chocolate covered toffee bars, broken in 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces
Whipped topping
Directions
Assemble Blender.
Put milk, pudding mix, and coffee in blender container.
Cover and process at MIX until pudding begins to thicken.
Add candy bars.
Cover and process 2 to 3 cycles or until coarsely crushed.
Pour into dessert or parfait glasses.
Garnish with whipped topping.
