Mocha Cake Recipe
This is a lip smacking Mocha Cake recipe which will knockout anyone who eats it. Excuse my excitement. Mocha Cake can be eaten by anyone following a Diabetic diet. This Mocha Cake when served as Dessert is sure to please your family members. Trust me when I say, you have to try Mocha Cake.
Ingredients
8 oz. sugar-free chocolate cake mix
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2/3 cup strong coffee
Directions
Place cake mix in mixing bowl.
Add cinnamon to cake mix.
Add 1/3 c. (90 mL) of the coffee to the mixture.
Beat on high for 3 minutes.
Add remaining coffee and continue beating for 3 more minutes.
Transfer to an 8 in. (20 cm) wax paper lined or greased and floured cake pan.
Bake at 37 °F (190°C) for 25 minutes or until tester inserted in middle comes out clean.
Cool cake in pan for about 10 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Add cinnamon to cake mix.
