Mocha Bundt Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| White cake mix package | 1 | |
| Instant chocolate pudding mix package | 1 3 3/4 Ounce | |
| Eggs | 4 standard | |
| Oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vodka | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Coffee liqueur | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Coffee liqueur | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Powdered sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease and flour bundt cake pan, shaking out excess.
Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl and beat thoroughly.
Pour into pan.
Bake until tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 50 to 60 minutes.
Let cool 5 minutes in pan, then invert onto rack.
Blend 1/4 cup coffee liqueur with powdered sugar in small bowl until smooth.
Drizzle evenly over warm cake.
