Mocha Bourbon Balls Recipe
I love Mocha Bourbon balls and so does my fmily and that is the reason I make them the same whenever I want to make them feel happy. I have become an expert as I make this quiet often and this recipe proves it. You should try it too.

Ingredients
12 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup bourbon
1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
2 cups ground pecans, divided
3/4 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
Directions
Combine chocolate, butter, and sugar in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate and butter melt.
Remove from heat; stir in cream, bourbon, coffee granules, and 1 cup pecans.
Cover and chill until firm.
Combine remaining cup of pecans and wafer crumbs; stir well.
Shape chocolate mixture into 1-inch balls and roll in crumb mixture.
Store in refrigerator.
