Mocha Dark Chocolate Chuck Brownies Recipe

| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Unsweetened cocoa | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Instant coffee granules | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Baking powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 large egg, lightly beaten | ||
| 1 large egg white, lightly beaten | ||
| All purpose flour | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 (3-ounce) bar dark chocolate, chopped (such as Ghirardelli) | ||
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Coat bottom of an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
3. Combine sugar and next 8 ingredients in a bowl.
4. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Add flour and dark chocolate to cocoa mixture, stirring just until blended. Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
