Mixed Seafood Grill Recipe

Ingredients

 
2 frozen lobster tails, thawed
 
8 medium shrimp
 
12 bay scallops
 
1/2 pound halibut
 
8 oysters, shucked
 
12 medium mushroom caps
 
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions

Shell the lobster and cut it into 12 chunks.
Shell and devein the shrimp.
Dry the scallops.
Cut the halibut into chunks, approximately the same size as the lobster chunks.
Wipe the mushrooms clean with a damp cloth.
Alternate the ingredients on skewers and brush with melted butter.
Serve with Lemon Butter, Mustard Mayonnaise and Artichoke Hearts.
Add a whopping big mixed green salad.
Other sauces you might offer include Bearnaise Sauce, Curry Sauce, Tartar Sauce and Cocktail Sauce.
