Mixed Chokha Recipe
Mixed chokha is very easy to prepare. It will be ready to eat in few minutes. Therefore chokha is commonly considered to be Bihar’s comfort food .
It is an unique and traditional Bihari side dish. It goes well with litti but also can eaten with Khichdi .You will enjoy this easy mixed chokha recipe.
Ingredients
1 large Egg plant (Brinjal)
2 large boiled Potato
2 large Tomato
1 chopped Onion
2 Green chilies
2 clove Garlic
2 tsp Mustard oil
Salt to taste
Directions
1.Roast brinjal and tomato over low gas flame.
2. Keep tomato aside after 8-10 minutes and roast bringle on fire turning around till whole of its outer surface turns blackish and flaky, then put in cold water.
3. After 8 minutes remove brinjal from water and peel off its burnt skin.
4. Now mash potato, tomato and brinjal in a large bowl, leaving no lums of unmashed eggplant.
5. Add onion, green chilies, garlic, salt and oil. Mix well.
6. Serve with litti or Khichdi.

Thanks any substitute for mustard oil??I din't find that in Indian stores.
