Ingredients

 Horse radish2
 Turmeric powder1/4 Teaspoon
 Spinach1 Bunch (100gm), chopped
Boiled potatoes, peas, cauliflower, French beans or paneer
 Green chilli1
 Ghee3 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

As only the leaves are needed for this dish; you can use the radish itself for a salad.
Cut the leaves very finely and soak in water for half an hour or more to remove the bitterness.
Wash the spinach.
Heat ghee, put in the spinach, radish greens and chilli, and stir briskly on a low fire.
When it gets dry, add one and a half cups of water, salt and turmeric powder.
Cover, and simmer on a slow fire.
When the water dries up and the greens are quite tender remove from the fire.
If you are using larger vegetables like cauliflower, potatoes etc. cut them into very small pieces.
Lightly brown the boiled vegetables or paneer in ghee and add salt and turmeric powder.
Mix well with the greens and serve.

Sorry, but this is one of the most unappetizing recipes I have read till now...No ill-will, just a suggestion-instead of using the phrase 'Lightly brown the boiled vegetables, u can say 'saute the vegetables in ghee till they are crusty brown and golden'!(Visual imagination help karta hai)
