Easy Mixed Vegetable Pickle Recipe
Mixed vegetable pickle is a peppy spicy pickle made with cauliflower, carrots and green chilies. A non cooked pickle recipe, the mixed vegetable pickle is combined together and sealed with oil.
Ingredients
| Cauliflower (cut into about | ||

| Carrot | 1 , grated | |

| Lemon juice 1 (lemon) | ||
| Salt | 2 To taste | |
| Chilli powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Turmeric powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Mustard seeds | 5 Teaspoon | |
| Fenugreek seeds I tsp | ||
| Mustard oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
1) Mix all the vegetables with chilli powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, salt and keep aside.
2) Add a mixture of ground mustard and fenugreek seeds to the mixed veggies and allow it to stand for a day.
