Mixed Vegetable Kebabs Recipe
You don't have to be a gourmet to judge how appetizing and flavorful mixed vegetable kebabs is. The mixed vegetable kebabs is made with vegetable which is easy to find at any grocery store. Ingredients
2 red peppers, in bite size pieces
1 zucchini, cut in two and sliced thick
1 red onion, in large pieces
2 tbsp (30 ml) soya sauce
1 tsp (5 ml) Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp (5 ml) oil
2 garlic cloves, smashed and chopped
1/2 tsp (2 ml) tarragon
1/2 cup (125 ml) barbecue sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F (240°C).
Place vegetables in bowl.
Add soya sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oil, garlic and tarragon.
Marinate 30 minutes at room temperature.
Drain vegetables and reserve marinade.
Alternate vegetables on skewers and place on ovenproof platter; baste with barbecue sauce.
Cook 8 minutes in oven 4 in (10 cm) from top element.
Baste several times with marinade and turn skewers twice.
Place vegetables in bowl.
