1 small yellow summer squash, halved
 
1 small zucchini, halved
 
1 medium onion, halved
 
1 medium green pepper, halved and seeded
 
1 large tomato, sliced and quartered
 
1 teaspoon (5 ml) dried Italian seasoning
 
1/2 teaspoon (2 ml) salt
 
1 tablespoon (15 ml) oil

Directions

Assemble Salad Maker with Thick Slicer Disc and large bowl.
Process each vegetable except tomato.
Heat oil in fry pan over medium heat.
Saute all vegetables except tomatoes until crisp tender.
Add tomatoes and cook until heated through.
