Mixed Vegetable Bhujia Recipe
Ingredients

| Cabbage | 115 Gram (For 4) | |
| Peas | 115 Gram (For 4) | |
| Tomatoes | 115 Gram (For 4) | |
| Onions | 115 Gram (For 4) | |
| Turmeric | 1/2 Teaspoon (For 4) | |
| Cumin | 1/2 Teaspoon (For 4) | |
| Ginger | 10 Gram (For 4) | |
| Garlic | 10 Gram (For 4) | |
| Dry mango powder | ||
| Or pomegranate seeds to taste | ||
| Or lime | ||
| Fat | 30 Gram (For 4) | |
| Salt | To Taste (For 4) | |
Directions
1. Wash and prepare vegetables.
2. Heat fat.Fry spices. Add vegetables and salt. Saute and mix well.
3. Cover the pan with a well-fitting lid.
4. Cook gently, shaking the pan frequently to prevent burning. Add water if necessary. Cook till all vegetables are properly cooked.
5. Add mango powder or pomegranate seeds or lime juice and remove.
