Ingredients

 2 medium heads cauliflower
 2 sweet red peppers, cut into strips
 Green peppers2 To taste, cut into strips
 Onions1 pound, cut into wedges
 White vinegar4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Light corn syrup1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 tablespoon each of mustard and celery seed
 Whole Cloves1 Teaspoon
 Turmeric1/4 Teaspoon
 Salt2 Tablespoon

Directions

Break cauliflower into flowerets; there should be 2 quarts.
Cook in a small amount of unsalted water for 5 minutes; drain.
Combine remaining ingredients and bring to boil.
Add cauliflower; simmer for 2 minutes.
Pack into hot sterilized jars; seal.
