1 lb. tomatoes, sliced
 
1 lb. tiny new potatoes, sliced
 
1 lb. small red onions, quartered
 
1 lb. small zucchini, thickly sliced
 
3 celery stalks, cut in 2 in. (5 cm) lengths
 
1/3 cup fresh parsley, snipped
 
1 tsp fresh dill seed
 
1 tsp fresh marjoram
 
Salt and pepper to taste
 
3 tsp low-calorie Italian dressing

Directions

In an oiled casserole, layer the vegetables in order given above.
Sprinkle with the herbs and dressing.
Cover and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30 minutes.
Remove cover and bake another 20 minutes.
