Ingredients
| Potatoes | 1 Kilogram, unpeeled | |
| Beef Stock | 1 Liter | |
| 500g ready to serve smoked sausage | ||
| Salad oil | 250 Milliliter | |
| 500g bratwurst, cooked | ||
| Onions spring | 6 , finely sliced | |
| Dry white wine | 50 Milliliter | |
| White wine vinegar | 50 Milliliter | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| black pepper | 1 | |
| Snipped chives | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Radishes | 6 , thinly sliced | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
In a large saucepan, cook the potatoes in the beef stock until just tender.
Drain, cool slightly, peel and cut into 5mm slices.
Slice the sausages 5mm thick.
Place in a large salad bowl with the potatoes and spring onions.
Whisk the wine, vinegar and garlic together in a small bowl.
Gradually whisk in the oil; add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over the salad and toss thoroughly.
Garnish with the chives and radishes just before serving.
