 Potatoes1 Kilogram, unpeeled
 Beef Stock1 Liter
 500g ready to serve smoked sausage
 Salad oil250 Milliliter
 500g bratwurst, cooked
 Onions spring6 , finely sliced
 Dry white wine50 Milliliter
 White wine vinegar50 Milliliter
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed
  black pepper1
 Snipped chives6 Tablespoon
 Radishes6 , thinly sliced
 Salt To Taste

Directions

In a large saucepan, cook the potatoes in the beef stock until just tender.
Drain, cool slightly, peel and cut into 5mm slices.
Slice the sausages 5mm thick.
Place in a large salad bowl with the potatoes and spring onions.
Whisk the wine, vinegar and garlic together in a small bowl.
Gradually whisk in the oil; add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over the salad and toss thoroughly.
Garnish with the chives and radishes just before serving.
