Ingredients

 
Dressing
 
Juice of 1 lemon
 
3 tbsp (45 ml) soya oil or sunflower oil with 2 drops soy sauce
 
1/2 iceberg lettuce
 
1/2 rornaine lettuce
 
1/2 cup (125 ml) broccoli,broken into flowerets
 
1/2 cup (125 ml) cauliflower, broken into flowerets
 
1/4 cup (60 ml) radishes, sliced
 
1/4 cup (60 ml) cucumber, sliced
 
1 or 2 green onions, chopped
 
1 celery stalk, diced
 
3 to 5 fresh mushrooms, sliced
 
Chopped parsley
 
1/2 cup (125 ml) Cheddar cheese, diced
 
Salt and pepper

Directions

–  In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients and set aside.
–  In a salad bowl, combine all other ingredients. Coat with dressing. Toss gently.
