Mixed Salad Recipe

Ingredients

| Iceberg lettuce | 1/2 (Dressing) | |
| 1/2 rornaine lettuce | ||
| Broccoli | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), broken (Dressing) | |
| Cauliflower | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), broken (Dressing) | |
| Radishes | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced (Dressing) | |
| Cucumber | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced (Dressing) | |
| 1 or 2 green onions, chopped | ||
| Stalk celery | 1 , diced (Dressing) | |
| Mushrooms | 5 , sliced (Dressing) | |
| Chopped parsley | ||
| Cheddar Cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced (Dressing) | |

Directions
– In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients and set aside.
– In a salad bowl, combine all other ingredients. Coat with dressing. Toss gently.
