 1/2 rornaine lettuce
 Broccoli1/2 Cup (16 tbs), broken (Dressing)
 Cauliflower1/2 Cup (16 tbs), broken (Dressing)
 Radishes1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced (Dressing)
 Cucumber1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced (Dressing)
 1 or 2 green onions, chopped
 Stalk celery1 , diced (Dressing)
 Mushrooms 5 , sliced (Dressing)
 Chopped parsley
 Cheddar Cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced (Dressing)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

–  In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients and set aside.
–  In a salad bowl, combine all other ingredients. Coat with dressing. Toss gently.
