Mixed Salad With Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| Bean sprouts | 2 Cup (16 tbs), drained, rinsed | |
| 2 cups spinach, stalks removed, finely shredded | ||
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Green onions | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Celery stalks | 3 , chopped | |
| Raisins | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley sprigs | 3 , chopped | |
| 1 cup unsalted sunflower seeds | ||
| Soy sauce | 3 Tablespoon (Dressing) | |
| Vegetable oil | 3 Tablespoon (Dressing) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), chopped (Dressing) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon (Dressing) | |
Directions
In a salad bowl, mix vegetables, raisins and parsley.
Add sunflower seeds.
In a small bowl, mix dressing ingredients.
When ready to serve only, pour over salad.
