Mixed Raisin Candy Recipe
Delicious mixed candy raisin balls dipped in raisins, pecan and coconut. These mixed raisin candies are viciously indulgent that you just cannot stop eating them. Treat yourself with this delicacy.

Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients in a heavy saucepan; stir well.
Bring to a boil, stirring often, until mixture reaches soft ball stage (234°).
Remove from heat; cover and chill 1 to 2 hours.
Stir in raisins, pecans, and coconut; shape into 1-inch balls.
Combine chocolate and shortening in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts.
Place several candy balls in chocolate mixture; coat evenly.
Remove with a wooden pick or spoon, allowing excess chocolate to drain off.
Place on wax paper to cool.
Repeat procedure until all candy balls are coated.
Cover and store in refrigerator.
