Ingredients

 1 quart small cucumbers, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
 1 quart large onions, sliced
 1 quart small silverskin onions
 1 large cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces
 Apples3 , diced (Cover with water and let stand overnight:)
 3 large sweet red peppers, diced
 Salt3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Cover with water and let stand overnight:)
 Drain.
 Brown sugar8 Cup (16 tbs) (Mix together and add to vegetables:)
 Cider vinegar1 1/2 Quart (Mix together and add to vegetables:)
 Mustard seed1/4 Pound (Mix together and add to vegetables:)
 3 rounded tsps. turmeric

Directions

Bring to a boil.
Bottle.
If you like a thick mustard sauce on your pickles, thicken with one cup of flour.
